I've just switched my email account to office 365 (Exchange server) but the smtp server 'smtp.office365.com' does not seam to work in pfSense. I've tried different configurations which lead do different error messages:
port 25 tls disabled:
php: /system_advanced_notifications.php: Could not send the message to [email protected] – Error: 504 5.7.4 Unrecognized authentication type
port 587 tls enabled:
php: /system_advanced_notifications.php: Could not send the message to [email protected] -- Error: could not connect to the host 'smtp.office365.com': ??
I've also tried if the following patch resolves the problem, but there is no difference:
http://github.com/pfsense/pfsense/commit/1cddd59c4ed2341f87cf58d9b67d45c82ffd99d0.patch
Ist this a bug in pfSense or am I doing something wrong? (The second configuration work on my Qnap nas)
Hello Pol,
Welcome to post here.
From your description, we understand you need to know how to configure the Office 365 outgoing SMTP.
I assume you need POP/IMAP way to configure the Office 365 for Business account, please see the following table:
Hope the above information helpful. Super banjo kazooie 64 download.
It may also become bruised a couple days after the injury occurs. While nothing can be done to make a pulled muscle heal faster, there are several ways to treat the condition at home in order to reduce the pain and improve function. This will help reduce swelling and, therefore, pain. The first step is to place an ice pack on the injured area immediately. Regardless of where the pulled muscle is located, it results in severe pain that becomes increasingly worse. Something weird on my hamstring video.

Rudy

Hello Pol,
Thanks for your reply.
Generally, the STARTTLS is less secure than TLS and the Office 365 SMTP may not support the STARTTLS. May I know if you can see the following screenshot which is captured in the latest Outlook 2016 client:
If anything is misunderstanding, could you please provide us the detailed information for further help?
Regards,
Rudy

Hello Pol,
Thanks for your clarification.
From your description, there is an related official article about how to authentic your device directly with an Office 365 mailbox and send mail. Please see: How to set up SMTP client submission. We would very happy if it's helpful.
Meanwhile, for this connection from HP printer to Office 365 server issue, the HP support should be involved here for further help.
Thanks for your understanding.

Rudy
